How we work

The same five steps on every job, whether it's one lift or a whole portfolio - a single engineer as a point of contact will be appointed.

1

Survey & quote

Depending on the service required, we may be able to provide an estimate. However, a detailed quotation will require a site visit.

2

Install

On arrival, the lift is fully tested prior to installation. Equipment can then be installed throughout the lift system, from the motor room and lift car down to the lift pit. Our engineers work around the building's access requirements, including out-of-hours working where necessary, to ensure minimal disruption.

3

Test & commission

After installation and site clearance, the system is fully tested and demonstrated to the customer's satisfaction.

4

Handover documentation

A complete record of what has been installed, including system settings and test results, is handed over to you or your lift contractor.

5

Ongoing support

Once the job is complete, our support doesn't end there. We will guide you through SIM selection and, more importantly, provide advice on meeting the EN 81-28 automated test requirements, along with ongoing support for any other questions you may have.
